We will try to process each order as soon as it is received. All orders will be confirmed within 24 hours by fax, phone, or email. If you do not receive a confirmation within this time frame, please contact our office during normal business hours which are MON-FRI, 8:30 am (EST) – 5:00 pm (EST). We are not responsible for missing orders that are not confirmed by our office. Ultimately, RC Medical has the right to refuse your order under any circumstance. If RC Medical, Inc. is unable to supply your order, we will notify you.
We accept the following forms of payment. They are Money Orders (USD), Business Checks (USD), Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Credit card payments will be processed when merchandise is shipped. There is a $25 fee for checks that are returned to us for any reason. All collection costs for non-payment of accounts will be the responsibility of the customer.
Hospital and Healthcare Institutions will be approved with an open 30 day account. All other customers will be C.O.D., prepay or credit card. Credit applications are available for those customers seeking Net 30 credit terms. Purchase Orders are accepted with open accounts and there is NO MINIMUM ORDER.
We try our best to keep all confidential information private. We do not share any customer lists. The information that is provided to us is used for our own internal use. We may, on occasion, use some information to advise you of any special items or promotions we may be running. Please contact us if you do not wish to receive this information.
Our server will protect your information with our current technology.
Stock orders received prior to 2:00 pm (EST) will be shipped the same day. All other orders received after 2:00 pm (EST) will be shipped the next business day if available. All items that are available will ship. If you would like us to hold your order and only ship your order complete, please be sure to notify us in advance. All shipment dates are strictly estimates. We ask that you place all orders with an ample lead time to prevent unexpected delays in the event of a product backorder. Shipping and Handling costs are prepaid and added to the order unless special instructions are arranged in advance.
We ask that you call and obtain a RGA # (Return Goods Authorization) from us prior to returning items. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS and CUSTOM HOSES are NOT RETURNABLE unless defective. We will gladly replace them with the same exact product. Products must be in their original packaging and not have been used.
Items returned within 30 days of purchase date will have a 25% restocking fee. The customer will be responsible for any and all freight costs incurred in shipping.
After 30 Days, products may NOT BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON.
